Contact InformationCarrier's Legal Business Name(Required)Your Name(Required) First Last Your Title(Required)Email(Required) Phone(Required)Fax AgreementPersonal Guarantee Agreement(Required) I have read and agree the following:PERSONAL GUARANTEEThis Agreement is entered on today's date by and between DASH AUTO LOGISTICS, LLC (“hereinafter known as DASH”) and your company (hereinafter known as CARRIER”); WHEREAS, DASH is in the business of brokering the transportation of automobiles; and WHEREAS, CARRIER is desirous of doing business with DASH in the transportation of vehicles from their origin to their destination; and WHEREAS, CARRIER is insured, but has a deductible of more than Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars; and WHEREAS, to ensure that in the event of any damage for which CARRIER is Responsible for more than their deductible; and WHEREAS, to ensure that in the event of any damage for which CARRIER is responsible that CARRIER is able to pay foresaid damage in the event they are responsible for more than their deductible; and WHEREAS, CARRIER agrees to guarantee, promise and commit to paying the portion over their deductible in the event the damages exceed their deductible; and WHEREAS, as a result of that guarantee, CARRIER is willing to provide its credit card to DASH to be used only in the circumstance where CARRIER does not pay the funds in excess of their deductible. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED that CARRIER does hereby guarantee, promise and commits to paying its deductible and any amount they are responsible for over said deductible and further in consideration for doing business with DASH, CARRIER agrees to provide a credit card to DASH to be used only in the event CARRIER does not pay its portion of damages for any claim. THE PARTIES FURTHER AGREE, that DASH will only use such credit card in the event CARRIER does not pay the portion over its deductible for which it’s responsible. IT IS FURTHER AGREED, there should be no liability on the part of DASH if it uses the credit card for that limited purpose. THE PARTIES AGREE, that in the event of any dispute, jurisdiction shall be in Oakland County, State of Michigan, and this Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the State of Michigan.
